The Opportunity:
Are you a dynamic marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact? Easyfairs has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to spearhead exhibitor promotions within our award-winning packaging team. Essential Criteria:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
- Digital savviness and a fast learner.
- Team player with experience of participating in extracurricular team sports, hobbies, or university groups.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Criteria:
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus (French/Italian).
- Affinity for or knowledge of the packaging industry.
- Experience in exhibitions/events.
- Previous use of CMS (WordPress) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout) and email/social media scheduling software.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other photo editing software.
- Experience with organization platforms like Monday.com.
- Knowledge of registration tracking software like VisitConnect.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling assets and collateral for various marketing channels.
- Conduct copywriting and develop tailored content across marketing communications.
- Build and maintain client relations with exhibitors and key partners.
- Innovate and implement initiatives to broaden the show's reach.
- Coordinate with suppliers, including printers, designers, PPC agencies, exhibitors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Commercial Directors, MIT, and event teams.
- Manage and maintain the website, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and search engine-optimized content.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms.
- Oversee the exhibitor promotions marketing schedule.
