The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing Luxury Packaging Portfolio, which includes three of Europe’s most prestigious and award-winning trade events: Paris Packaging Week, London Packaging Week, and Packaging Première Milan.
These internationally renowned shows take place in the world’s creative capitals and focus on packaging for luxury, premium drinks, fashion, and beauty. They have a high impact and strong reputation within the global luxury community, attracting leading brands, designers, and suppliers shaping the future of packaging innovation.
You will work closely with the top suppliers and creative partners of the world’s most prestigious brands — including Dior, L’Oréal, Pernod Ricard, LVMH, Estée Lauder, Camus, Cartier, Coty, and many others.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across this high-profile international portfolio by developing new business, nurturing existing clients, and delivering outstanding results across multiple media channels.
In addition to selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital visibility, you’ll have the opportunity to travel internationally, attending competitor exhibitions and client meetings. This will allow you to expand your network, gain valuable market insights, and contribute directly to the continued success and influence of our luxury event brands.
As a Sales Manager at Easyfairs, your main tasks will be:
- Proactively seeking new business actives and seeking new revenue
- Portfolio selling
- Building strong relationships with exhibitors by meeting them face-to-face and selling sponsorship packages and additional services.
- Keeping our prospects database up to date and expanding it to meet sales goals.
- Managing accounts and handling administrative tasks related to bookings.
- Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Achieving key performance indicators: minimum 90 minutes on outgoing sales calls when in the office
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Must be fluent in French and English.
- Previous experience in the event industry or a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales.
- Ability to think creatively and communicate effectively.
- Experience in face-to-face sales and making outbound B2B phone calls.
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling.
- Alignment with our commitment to sustainability and our goal to become net-zero.
- Comfortable with traveling as required.
