We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join the Aesthetics portfolio at Easyfairs – a vibrant and fast-growing division that includes:
- ACE and CCR – two established and highly respected trade exhibitions
- The Aesthetics Awards – the industry’s leading awards ceremony
- The Aesthetics Journal – a top-tier medical journal and digital platform
Collectively, this portfolio leads the market, and as the industry continues to grow at pace, so do the opportunities for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Your main focus will be to quickly get close to the market, identify and win new business, grow existing client relationships, and exceed sales targets across the full suite of products. You’ll work closely with your clients to create tailored, strategic packages and become a trusted advisor within the aesthetics community.
There will be plenty of opportunities for international travel
to attend competitor events and develop relationships in cities like Monaco and Paris – representing the brand as a true ambassador.
You’ll report into the Head of Sales and be a key part of a collaborative, energetic and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts
- Source and close new business opportunities across events, print and digital
- Create strategic proposals tailored to client objectives
- Deliver strong client ROI to encourage long-term retention
- Attend events and face-to-face meetings to build relationships
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Contribute ideas to shape the future of the portfolio
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have 1–2 years of sales experience (events experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Are confident making calls and holding meetings – both on the phone and in person
- Are personable, energetic and a natural relationship-builder
- Take a consultative approach to sales and love helping clients find the right fit
- Are ambitious, self-motivated and driven by targets and KPIs
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work
- Have a keen interest in aesthetic medicine, beauty or cosmetic treatments
- Are a proactive team player who brings ideas and enthusiasm to the table
- Enjoy doing research and keeping up with industry trends
