Group Registration Coordinator
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless event registration processes across regions, contributing to the seamless execution of our events and enhancing the overall attendee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and support event registration and networking processes across regions.
- Manage event setups, questionnaires, shops, and badge setups within registration software.
- Serve as point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support the Product Owner in aligning registration and networking functionalities
What we expect from you
- Provide hands-on support to regional key-users, helping to improve their proficiency and reduce setup errors.
- Share best practices to promote standardization and provide feedback on the effectiveness of adaptations.
- Actively identify opportunities for streamlining workflows or enhancing registration and networking systems.
- Quickly adapt to the interim nature of the role by delivering impactful results within a limited timeframe.
Profile and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent acquired through experience.
- Previous experience in the event industry and technology-related projects.
- Remote work experience: you should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage your time, communicate asynchronously with team members, and maintain productivity while working independently.
- Expertise in registration technology would be a plus.
- Affinity with IT & MarTech, problem-solving mindset, communication & coaching skills, organization skills, adaptable, detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
- You live within travel distance of our office in either Brussels (BE), Ghent (BE), Twickenham (UK), or Gorinchem (NL).
