FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
- Business Partner to Divisional Directors
- Ability to confidently present financial information to CEO/CFO
- Ownership of sales reporting / information, ensuring accuracy, providing commentary for the business against targets
- Ability to identify risk / upside opportunities and pro-actively follow up
- Forecasting / budgeting ownership and provision of information and so on
- Scenario planning / modelling
- Sign off of actual show performance with Ops/Marketing/DD
- Ensuring Pricing / Rebook process is followed
- Cover for Head of FP&A absences
- Production of 3YP
- Customer analysis
- Production of information in launch / acquisition processes
- Assisting with the completion of the strategic scorecard
- System super user – work with the business/HQ on system upgrade
- Strong Excel knowledge
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified accountant – CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Desirable Criteria:
- Strong Excel / systems skills
- Commercial accounting experience
