The opportunity
We are looking for an Office & IT Co-ordinator to join our team based in Twickenham. The role primarily focuses on the daily running of the office and IT requirements. The office is fast paced so it is important that the individual is confident and has experience working with all levels within a business environment.
As the company continues to expand, we will need a sociable individual who can demonstrate professional and individual relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Role
Please note, this is a full-time role based in our Twickenham office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
Office: Managing the needs of your colleagues, common areas, meeting rooms, keeping a good balance between needs and costs. Planning and delivery of internal events. Welcoming guests and clients, answering and directing inquiries. Prepare presentations, organise board meetings and business trips for senior management team, dealing with post, general inquires, call reports, gathering and classifying of information.
IT: Managing the office IT requirements with our remote IT partner. In house IT equipment set up, managing new starters and leavers and reporting. Liaising with our IT partner on a day-to-day basis. Management and coordination of our new in-house studio. Managing all office processes ensuring they are completed with maximum efficiency, this includes providing training to all members of staff on the current and new AV systems & equipment we have available.
